What Other Systems do you own?

Just 40k and LOTr for me. I don't really collect anything else really. (Other than Yu-gi-oh cards)

Ah, for me there's also Arena Deathmatch, I did get into Flames of War at some point and I'd really like to play Warmachine and Hordes. Just need to find the money and the time.

I have to say i may play Blood Boul if i could but getting the modlas is kind of difficult and i can barley find a LOTR opponent let alone Blood Bowl. I would love the Lizardmen team tho.

On the subject of Specialist Games, I'm quite a fan of Mordheim and used to play that a few years ago but noone plays it anymore. Although I may suggest it to our club, who've been playing a lot of Necromunda recently so it might be worthwhile me getting into that. It's not expensive to play and looks to be a good enough system. Plus the models are nice too, always a bonus.

I have to say i would like to play Gothic but the only real person who plays at my local is that staff member that I can't stand. That and a really only friend of mine that i rarely see and can't contact him.

The only staff members of GW near me have been fired now though, we're only left with the good one thank god. Untill they hire another jackass that is.

my local hired a really nice guy for the summer holidays as he was going to Uni later and he and Hi have become quite good friends. Shame i won't see him until Christmas time at the earlist.

Anyway back on topic now. I have to say i would love to get some of those Eldar Gothic Ships or maybe thoses Tau.

I've recently become quite interested in WW1/2 games, currently looking for a good game in the same scale as 40K. Seen a decent one on the Spectre Hobbies website that looks good but if anyone knows any feel free to let me know

alot of them look good but they are all mail order and it's rather difficult for me to order anything (What with Aspeges and all). Tho i feel sorry for Rad as his hasn't even got a nastional GW store!

Yeah, to be honest I don't think I'd play Games Workshop if there wasn't a store near me.

Flames of War is a really good WW2 Games system it's just I'm not a huge fan of the 10mm scale miniatures, you don't get the same amount of detail you do with 25/28mm miniatures. Full armies also end up looking better with 40K scale miniatures.

How true. There is just more detail that can be done tho looking at my Dire Avenger you would think a 5 year old painted them (Yes i'm that bad)

Don't worry about painting too much, it'll all come to you eventually. You just need time and patience to be honest.

2 things i can't do. I have a fair bit of paciants but i have never been good at Art and alsways sucked in school. There are a few modlas that i really like the way i have painted. I love my Farseer as even a GW staff member said it was quite good which i was better than "It needs a little bit of dry bushing here and there"

I'm tempted by too many...

40k - Tau, Imperials (IG, SM, =][=)
Aeronautica Imperialis - Tau, Imperial Navy (great game, highly recommend it)

Have previously looked at getting into Bloodbowl but managed to restrain myself. Also had to choose out of BFG and AI (went for AI obviously), though I've read the BFG rules and familiarised myself with the system.
Hopefully I'll be able to restrain myself from further games (though Fantasy does look nice...). That said, I'm considering starting Inquisitor but with 28mm models so that's alright.
