Heresy Miniatures are having a sale. Most of their stuff isn't that suitable for LotR, but their Giant Spider could work as a Spider Queen, and their Snow Troll could make a nice alternative to a cave troll.

Always liked some of the Heresy miniatures but never actually got around to buying anything off them. Though now might be a good time to purchase one of those Big Boris models as a Chaos Lord and some 30mm Round Display bases.
