| I'm going to go with anything written by David Gemmel, he's one of my favourite authors among JRR Tolkein and has written some brilliant stuff. |

| not including LOTR!!! But other than Tolkien books i haven't read any fiction books other than Mangas. Do they count? If they do then it would be "Battle Royal" |
