I've changed the reputation system, the last system relied on me dishing out rep when it was deserved but it just mean I had to constantly monitor every post and no doubt I'd have missed lots of good stuff so it's now been redesigned.

It still need a special way working out for the staff to dish out a little extra when deserved but basically now everybody can + or - rep each other when they think someone has done good, helped them or someone else or - rep them if they're in the wrong, have been rude, or unhelpful etc.

Do this by the small +/- sign in the users post.

This system is subject to misuse which is why I will be constantly monitoring who does what so anyone caught abusing the system by constantly giving each other unneeded rep will be dealt with.

You can only give each post 1 rep boost and may only give rep 30 times per day.

some rep for allowing us to give rep.
