| They're trying to make Santas image more sporty? What's happening to the world honestly. I'm pretty sure kids aren't going to grow up saying "Oh when I grow up I'm going to get fat, grow a massive white beard, wear red clothes and give people presents". If that's what you consider a Daily Mail readers response then very well, I am on their side with this  Christmas without Santa (fat, jolly) isn't christmas in my opinion (yes... I know he isn't real ). Just my two cents. I've always said Health and Safety is getting way OTT, this only proves my point further. |

| Just read the article myself and am confused on the bit about it saying Santa promotes drink-driving due to all the brandies and sherries he drinks in one night. Is that just an English thing? Because here in the States we definitely just give him cookies and milk |

Is that just an English thing? Because here in the States we definitely just give him cookies and milk Cookies and milk? Wow things are different in the States. No cookies over here, Mince Pies all the way, good old traditional Christmas food (bloody good at that too ). And Brandies too yeah. Our Santa has style  |
