| So, anybody watch the new Doctor Who episode earlier? - Spoiler:
Personally, I quite enjoyed it, although the whole bit where he says he'll be 5mins and then ends up overshooting by several years was a bit predictable The previews look interesting too - cult of female vampires, return of the Cybermen (again) and WW2 British Daleks and space faring spitfires

| just saw it now and it was pritty good. I think he has lived up to Tennants standards. Maybe just a little behind but it's a hard act to follow really. Time will tell. A few gripes tho, - Spoiler:
I was wondering what the point of having Roger Moore cameo in it. I love the guy but why? Also i expected a little more "story" really i can't really explain but it just left a tiny hole. Also i wonder what was on jeff's computer? The Trailers look good. I love the fact that we have Romans now(at last) and Cybermen and a Darlek too but i am not lookign forward to the Angels coming back. They are the ONLY DR Who "villan" that actualy scared the hell out of me)

| I'm starting at the start (just into season 2 and the beginning of tennant), but i'll work my way up eventually. My friend loves it and follows it devotedly. Though I think it doesn't air anywhere near as soon here in Australia? |

| I'm quite glad he didn't try to be Tennant, there were glimpses which made the transition nice but he certainly made it clear that he wasn't simply a Tennant wanabe. All things considered I think he'll do well - and the new series looks set to be great. Can't wait to get back to the Uk and watch it

| Victroy of the Daleks is definately the best episode of this season so far, even if the new mint Daleks make me think of snooker balls |

| just saw the new episode and it's spoiler heavy so in to spoilers my opion goes; - Spoiler:
I have to say i was sad when Rory died. however i feel that he might well be back. The ring was made a big deal when the dr stared at it and when in the "Previously" he put the rung down so i feel that he will be back in the last episode or 2. ~the rest was quite good but for "No one dies today" it was a blood bath of atleast 4 people!!!

| - Spoiler:
I supose the irony in the Doctor's statement was that one of the main characters was about to die...although I'm fairly sure we'll see Rory return at some point (notice that Amy saying she thought she saw someone else the possibility is left open that she actually saw someone else). I'm expecting the ring to take some sort of significance, probably related to Rory in some way but we'll have to wait and see.

| New next episode i have only to say a few things. Spoilers as always - Spoiler:
Not only was the beasy really cute ^-^ but it was a very sad episode at the end. My only gripe is that they consitantly mispronosed Van Gogh. It's pronoiced "Van Hoff" as that is what it would have sounded like where he lived and in the time. other than that it was a good episode and the trailer for the next one gave almost nothing away but i'm sure i saw Rory at one point

| Van Gogh isn't pronounced Van Hoff, watch QI they tell you the proper pronunciation on one episode recently and from what I can remember DW got it right |
