Found this on Heresy Online Looks interesting and could be useful if you need to make shields/weapons quickley/easily.
That said, having looked at a thread on it on DakkaDakka, it sounds like it's just something called 'Friendly Plastic', in which case it may be cheeper to buy elsewhere e.g.Amazon sell strips of it for £1.49

I've only just made my first attempt at press-molding using green stuff (made the molds, have yet to cast the pieces though) - but if this actually works like it's supposed to then that would be a much cheaper way of doing it!
I guess the one downside would be that you have to make sure to keep at least one copy of each bit in case you want to cast it again somewhere down the line.
