Well having just contacted GW to try and work out how to possibly get rules for models, the future is seeming quite bleak. WD profiles are unavailable for ages. I still have no idea how to get a hold of Cave Drake/Gundabad Goblin stats. And apparently the sourcebooks are being taken out of production too? Well at least the Harad one is. It's no longer for sale online and the only response I got was to check my local GW to see if they have it (which they don't). I'm not quite sure I understand stopping production of something with so many important rules which can't be found elsewhere (revised Mumak, Mahud, Corsairs, Serpent Guard, Watchers of Karna...) and the Mumak is one of their famous models! So either GW no longer cares about the system, or they're preparing a new update to the game which will contain these rules.

Does anyone have the Harad or Misty Mountains rules seeing as GW no longer do?

Hmm, seems odd to put it out of production. Maybe they just think it's not worth reprinting it for some reason? The only thing I can think of is that there's going to be a revamp to coincide with the release of The Hobbit, but that's still a couple of years off isn't it? Even if they don't expect to shift a whole print run by then, you'd think they'd consider a half print run or something

The other sourcebooks are unavailable as well. It would seem strange to completely remove SBG support though, so hopefully we'll see the rules in another form?

Surely that's unlikely. There'd be nothing to gain from that. They already have all the models for sale, why not just sell a couple of rulebooks as well? Even if they were online downloads. And you'd think The Hobbit would seem better for SBG than WotR

Well it could mean one of 3 things; 1 - They are copiling an aperndix of all the rules in an all new rules box with myabe some ulterations (3rd edition), 2 - They are phasing out SBG in favorur of WOTR which in opion whould be crap as SBG is bay far the better system out of the 2 or 3 They are discontiuning them completly and only releasing new stuff for the hobbit, but i feel that might not be the case as we did jsut get some fine casts
