Ok! This is my first army posted on this site! I hope I can get plenty of feedback on it!

Theme:
Faramir, Damrod and his rangers are skirting the forests of Southern Ithilien when they cross paths with a Feifdom patrol lead by Imrahil himself and Forlong. They come together just in time as a large Haradrim force approaches from the South...

Setup (depending on scenario etc):
Prince Imrahil would lead the Knights on horse (a possible 3xF4 attacks on the charge is very hard to stop!). They would provide the sledghammer that could descimate exposed flanks or small bands of warriors. Forlong would lead the pike block consisting of 8 of each warrior type on foot. This would take the initial 'impact' as the lines first crash. Damrod would lead the remaining RoG as a seperate 'scouting force', using them to recover objectives. Faramir would lend his weight to whatever part of the force required his extre courage and muscle. The remaining SKoDA would probably defend the vulnerable flanks of my pike block to prevent it from becoming surrounded.

Looks like a very solid force to me, you have good archers, good warriors and 3 tough heroes. Not to mention a good amount of mounted SKoDA. I'm not exactly the greatest army builder around but I'd say that's a pretty good force. Nice theme too.

not bad at all however i do worry about your mumbers as you ahve taken 1 heavy hero, 1 powerhouse, and 2 Super captains which does limit the points you ahve left but i feel it works here. Also if this doesn't work that weel jsut swap Madril for Damrod and you now have 40+ pts extra.

thats fine. I made that msitake when we had this years "Paint me an army" comp and had the Isengard faction almost 50% crossbows.

Wow! I can only imagine what that many crossbows could do!

I think the list is 'up-to-speed' now... I think that changing Madril to Damrod was a good move. Thanks for the tips so far everyone!

Well the Isengard faction was 7 Crossbows (Including Captain), 8 Urukhai shield s and a Troll so it was just under the 50% but the whole army was well under the 33% bow limt with only another 3 bows from Haradrim Raiders added to the bow limit

I mainly play Dwarves so lack in numbers is taken for granted so your army looks really good if you're used to using smaller armies. I'd love to see all those Swan Knights,

the best part if you can for the "Testudo" formation that i often talk about.
