Also, they look more like militia (As GW call them in wotr) here than the GW WoR.

If you go to the full Anglo Saxon section (rather than the regiment section I linked to), then click on the magnifying glass next to the pack names, you can see pics of each set. Some are armoured and others unarmoured, so could be used for different purposes.


One thing to note though, is that they have some wierd pricing ideas - e.g. a box set of 40 Roman Hastati for 40, at the same time as selling a set of 24 of the same for £12 O.o

Posted this in the Dunlending thread but thought I'd also post it here these look like they'd work well as Rohirim, and would especially be useful for converting Hemlingas (unless I'm mistaken, don't they have two-hnded axes in WotR? )

Actually, I haven't used those - I've used Gripping Beasts Vikings which are 44 multi-part plastic minis (two of which can be made hornblowers and two others into Chieftains) for £18.

Nice minis, VERY nice price I'd definitely consider getting some of these at some point, nice find!
